Entering Activity
Codes
If your
eTIMEphone installation support activity codes, the system prompts you to
select an activity code from a list. Activity codes are used when you work an
atypical shift (charge nurse at a hospital, for example). To enter an activity
code for a shift:
- Dial
the eTIMEphone number given to you by your supervisor.
- Press
# to enter a punch.
- Enter
your badge number and passcode as instructed.
- If
you don't need to enter Labor Level information, press 2.
- Press
1 to enter an activity code.
Result:
The first code in the system is listed.
- Press
# to accept the activity code, or press 1 to hear the next
code.
- Press
# when you hear the correct code.
Result:
The system respond by reading back the details of your punch.
- If
the information is correct, press 1. To change the Labor Level,
press 2. To change the Activity Code, press 3.
