Entering Worked and
Non-Worked Hours
The
eTIMEphone interface can by configured to support entry of worked and
non-worked hours (sick, vacation, or regular, for example). When you choose
this option, you can enter a number of hours, or use the default value set up
for your user profile (subject to supervisor approval).
To enter
non-worked hours:
- Dial
the eTIMEphone number given to you by your supervisor.
- Press
* to hear additional options (instead of entering a punch).
- Enter
your badge number and passcode as instructed.
Result:
You are forwarded to the Options Menu.
- From
the Options Menu, press 1 to enter hours.
- Select
the type of hours you'd like to enter from the list eTIMEphone presents.
- If
the hours are being entered for today, press 1. For a another day, press 2.
- Enter
a number of hours in the hhmm format (0600 for 6 hours, for example), or
press # to enter your default shift length.
Result:
The system prompts you to enter information for additional days.
- Enter
the information as prompted by the system. To enter another paycode
manually, press 0.
- Press
1 to confirm the captured information.
