The System Administrator's Role
The System Administrator must understand and manage the relationship between the TLM system and eTIMEphone. The system administrator is responsible for ensuring that the following tasks are completed:
- Exporting employee information from the TLM system (either manually or automatically)
- Importing data into eTIMEphone using the web administrator application (either manually or automatically)
- Setting up and assigning user profiles
- Assigning employees to supervisors
- Setting up and assigning site verification
- Exporting punch information from eTIMEphone (either manually or automatically)
- Importing punch data into the TLM system (either manually or automatically)
