Initial Setup Tasks
During the initial setup of the eTIMEphone system, the system administrator must perform a series of task to prepare the system for use. These tasks are:
- Exporting employee information, pay codes, activity codes, and labor level information from the Time and Labor Management application
- Importing the data into eTIMEphone using the web administrator application
- Setting up and assigning User Profiles, which control user interaction with the eTIMEphone system
- Assigning employees to supervisors, which allows employees and supervisors to communicate using the eTIMEphone system
- Setting up and assigning site verification (optional), which allows you to control which phone numbers the eTIMEphone will accept time and attendance information from for a particular employee or set of employees.
