How to Use the Administration Page to Configure eTIMEphone

The eTIMEphone Administration page has been set up to guide you through both running eTIMEphone for the first time, and setting up eTIMEphone for ongoing operations.

Setting up eTIMEphone is a multi-step process:

• Importing Data into eTIMEphone
• Exporting Punch Data
• Setting Up eTIMEphone User Profiles
• Assigning User Profiles to Employees
• Assigning Employees to Supervisors
• Setting Up Site Verification
• Assigning Site Verification to Employees
• Verifying Your Work

To start the setup process:

1. From the eTIMEphone main menu, place the cursor over an icon on the screen.

Result: A description of the function the icon represents displays.
